1. 東晉時(shí)，前秦苻堅(jiān)打算大規(guī)模進(jìn)侵，石越以東晉有長江天險(xiǎn)阻隔，不宜興兵。苻堅(jiān)卻說：「以吾之眾旅，投鞭於江足斷其流。」典出晉書．卷一一四．苻堅(jiān)載記下。後比喻軍隊(duì)眾多，兵力強(qiáng)大。
